Truly independent security advice means the adviser earns nothing from what you buy next: no reseller agreements, no referral fees, no implementation team to feed. That independence is the product, because it makes "spend nothing" a possible answer.

Ask most security advisers what you need and the answer is shaped by what they sell. That is not corruption; it is structure. The only way out of the structure is to remove the products entirely, which is what we did: no resale, no commissions, no managed services, no systems access.

What that buys you in practice: a readout that has told clients to cancel an overlapping tool, defer a platform purchase, and turn on a free control first. Our approach page lists everything we gave up on purpose, because the constraints are the product.
